Fulfillment Policy (Billing and Cancellation)

Implementum charges are billed in advance: monthly plans every 30 days and annual plans every 365 days. All pricing is in U.S. Dollars.

Text message fees, if any, are also billed every 30 days for the previous month’s usage.

New accounts may be eligible for a free or discounted trial period. When your trial ends, the credit card on file will be billed for the following 30-day or 365-day period, as outlined in the plan details on your sign-up page.

To remind you of your trial ending, we’ll send an email notification at least four days beforehand.

You may update your plan anytime before the trial concludes through the Billing Dashboard.

To cancel your account, simply go to the Billing Dashboard.

Access the Billing Dashboard by logging into app.implementum.net, selecting “Settings” from the main menu, then choosing “Billing.”

If you’re unsatisfied with our service, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. Refunds aren’t available beyond this period. Please note that all charges apply, regardless of service usage.

Keeping your credit card and contact details current is your responsibility.

All charges will be invoiced and automatically billed to the card on file. An email invoice will be sent each time.

If we’re unable to collect payments, your account may be suspended and, if unresolved, permanently deleted.

You may close your account anytime by navigating to Settings > Billing in your admin interface, where you'll find a cancellation link.

We may adjust Implementum's pricing as needed.

We are not liable for the content or services of external websites. You’re responsible for reviewing third-party terms and privacy policies. For example, if you use external payment processors like Stripe or PayPal, you must follow their policies. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or other aspects of third-party products and services.
